Digipak Plan

Digipak Plan

I will be creating a six sided digipak, with the disk in the centre. All three outside panels will be black and white. This is creating synergy between my video, my digipak and then my magazine advert will be predominantly black and white too. I chose typical black and white things for the outside. Such as a zebra on the left and a pair of rolling dice for the back. I also chose the rippling water image because it is aesthetically pleasing and I will be using a similar shot in my music video, so it links with that.
The idea of the inside panels is that the left is man made, the right is natural and the middle is both combined. It is also a juxtaposition against the outside, contrasting the black and white with the colourful images.
For my first outline plan I used stock images similar to what I will use for my final print product.

Raury's text that he uses is a big part of his iconography.
The text can be seen on all of his album covers, posters, subtitles, and other advertisements associated with him.
On 'Dafont' the typeface is known as 'Passion Tea'.
